Restaurant Hyang-Ly

The menu runs to some forty numbered dishes, from jjajangmyeon to oyster bossam, and the weekday lunch set (€15) comes with a starter and three banchan. The special menus pair beef barbecue with a small dolsot bibimbap (€25), or pork belly with ssam and kimchi (€28). The dishes for two — budae-jjigae, gamjatang, braised sea bream, bulnak-jeongol at €40 — are served in-house only. To drink: flavoured sojus, makgeolli, bokbunja and Cass beer.
