Being able to order in Korean changes two things above all: how precisely you can ask about the menu, and whether you can explain an allergy, a doneness or a chilli level without approximation. For the Korean community in Paris and for visitors arriving from Seoul, it is sometimes the deciding factor. The addresses gathered here have at least one Korean-speaking member of the floor staff according to our records. Two caveats are owed. Staff rotate, and something true one month can be wrong the next. And the presence of a Korean speaker does not guarantee that person is working every service.
