Certified an "Excellent Korean Restaurant" by the Korean Food Promotion Institute (2024-03). Jium aims at everyday Korean food rather than display: kimchi-jjigae, jeyuk-bokkeum and a sanchae-bibimbap of dried mountain herbs — chwinamul, gondeure, mulberry leaf. The house simmers and ages its own soybean pastes, and writes the menu in Korean transliteration so French guests say the names out loud.
