Korean Meals — Paris

Korean meals, as a category, covers the complete dishes that are neither barbecue nor stew: bibimbap, japchae, bossam, jokbal, a main plate arriving with rice and banchan. It is the broadest part of Korean cooking and often the easiest to read for a newcomer, because nothing has to be cooked at the table and nothing has to be assembled. In Paris these are also the easiest addresses to bring a mixed group to, since one menu covers several appetites at once. The list below gathers the restaurants where this is the core of the business. Combine it with an occasion filter — family, friends, team dinner — to narrow things down, then open the listings: the signature dishes say what a kitchen actually stands behind when the menu runs long.
