English menu — Paris

In most Korean restaurants in Paris the menu is in French, with the Korean names romanised — bulgogi, japchae, sundubu. That is enough for anyone who already knows the dishes, and much less so for a visitor passing through. This page gathers the addresses that publish a menu in English, printed or downloadable. One clarification worth making: this filter records the existence of an English menu, not that the staff speak English in the dining room. The two often go together, but never automatically. If language is a real concern, read the listings too — they give the venue type and the signature dishes, which lets you order by pointing at a romanised name. And note that most Korean menus mark heat with a chilli symbol; it is the most reliable guide when no translation is.
