Bulgogi — Paris

Bulgogi is probably the most universally liked Korean dish: thin slices of beef marinated in sweet soy, garlic and sesame oil, cooked quickly on a plate or in a pan with onion and sometimes a little broth. Nothing about it is spicy, the flavour reads immediately, and it is what you put in front of someone trying Korean food for the first time, or in front of a child. Depending on the house it arrives already cooked or is grilled at your table. This page gathers the Paris addresses that make a speciality of it. Use the family or kids-friendly filters if that is your context, and check the listings for table barbecue: the same meat is a very different evening depending on the answer.
