Pierre Sang In Oberkampf

Pierre Sang Boyer's first restaurant, opened in June 2012: no printed menu, one set menu that changes with the market, and an open kitchen in the middle of the room around a central counter. Lunch is four courses at €43 or six at €52; dinner is a blind tasting. The house describes French tradition worked with Korean technique and influences, mirroring the double heritage of a chef who was a Top Chef finalist in 2011.
