The Korean restaurant of the Guimet museum, named after the hanok, Korea's traditional wooden houses. Behind a door patterned after Gyeongbok Palace, chef Young Kyoung Lee (Misso, "smile") has served traditional, family-style Korean cooking since 2006, drawn from her mother's recipes.
