On rue Saint-Placide, BALHYO takes Korean fermentation as its subject: traditional jang and sauces read in a contemporary way, tofu-and-vegetable wraps, seasonal salads. The menu is almost entirely vegetarian. Daytime only, no dinner service; Deliveroo delivery.
